I purchased a Civic Hybrid this week at Ide Honda. Jen Flammia was my service consultant. She understands her customers and m is her products. Gerry the finance consultant also knows well the financial transactions. Both Jen and Gerry contributed to making my purchase successful
Came in for serviced expecting it to take up to 3 hours (as I had previously asked when I made appointment how much time it would take). Was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Yousef checked me in and out, was extremely courteous and helpful, reminded me about a cabin filter change that I also had done. This is my first experience with a leased vehicle and Ide has been wonderful with making sure I keep up with required maintenance and the best options to keep things running.
I had my 2023 Ridgeline serviced at IDE HONDA . My service advisor was Yousef Abusbeih. Yousef was most accommodating, and the vehicle service was completed in less than an hour. I have had all my vehicle service done at IDE HONDA and recommend it.
Jim Milella is my go-to Service Advisor. Taking you car in for service can be a very daunting experience, yet Jim has made each and every experience a positive one. I trust him, implicitly. I know that what he advises and recommends is the truth. Every interaction is friendly and honest. Also, his response time and attention to detail is second to none. I had a lot of routine maintenance work done on my car today. Yousef kept me updated every step of the way. I appreciated his explanations of everything being done to my car and there was no pressure to agree to suggestions, even though I did. agree to have everything done. IDE Honda is located just a few miles from us. In 2015 we purchased our first Honda from them, and returned in 2025 to make our second purchase - a CR-V Hybrid. Our sales person was Jennifer Flammia and she was tremendous! I think the service department is great, but now has gone a little downhill because it's so hard to get in touch with anyone (they have an automated system now). Extremely long wait times and no communication. Being a mom with 2 kids and one car it is extremely difficult to make time to get things taken care of when they are in school. I had to pick my daughter up from preschool and I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours without any communication that my car did not even get up on to the lift until an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment.

I knew taking my car to the dealer would cost a lot and it did just over $1000 but the treatment I got there and the speed at which the car was fixed made the rest of the trauma almost painless. They gave me a ride home the first day (I had planned on waiting) and by the second day had the part in by morning and the car fixed by early afternoon. First let me begin by saying that the Service Technicians at Ide whether Jim Milella or most recently Amelia Horsford, are outstanding always helpful and pleasant.. They have nothing to do with pricing for services and with that I have an issue. I needed to have new shark fin antenna installed. I was quoted in excess of $1100.00 which included 6 hour of labor.. I said no way. When I responded to a survey with frown face I received a call saying they were just following Honda's "book" prices and said they would do it for half the labor. ...

We brought our new-to-us 2021 Honda Pilot in for a potential issue with the engine idle stop system. The service center representatives, particularly Heather Blodgett, treated us very well from intake to vehicle pick up. Came in for serviced expecting it to take up to 3 hours (as I had previously asked when I made appointment how much time it would take). Was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Yousef checked me in and out, was extremely courteous and helpful, reminded me about a cabin filter change that I also had done. This is my first experience with a leased vehicle and Ide has been wonderful with making sure I keep up with required maintenance and the best options to keep things running.
I had my 2023 Ridgeline serviced at IDE HONDA . My service advisor was Yousef Abusbeih. Yousef was most accommodating, and the vehicle service was completed in less than an hour. I have had all my vehicle service done at IDE HONDA and recommend it.

I knew taking my car to the dealer would cost a lot and it did just over $1000 but the treatment I got there and the speed at which the car was fixed made the rest of the trauma almost painless. First let me begin by saying that the Service Technicians at Ide whether Jim Milella or most recently Amelia Horsford, are outstanding always helpful and pleasant.. They have nothing to do with pricing for services and with that I have an issue. I needed to have new shark fin antenna installed. I was quoted in excess of $1100.00 which included 6 hour of labor.. I said no way. When I responded to a survey with frown face I received a call saying they were just following Honda's "book" prices and said they would do it for half the labor. ...
Brad made the buying process quick and effortless. He is a true professional and makes you feel comfortable. I loved the no pressure approach, and how he helped me get a new car fast. All of my worries were wiped away and he handled everything for me that he could on his end to make my life easier.
We brought our new-to-us 2021 Honda Pilot in for a potential issue with the engine idle stop system. The service center representatives, particularly Heather Blodgett, treated us very well from intake to vehicle pick up. Ms. Blodgett was kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about both the issue, which was covered by our warranty, and remedy. Additionally, she anticipated and addressed our concerns before we even vocalized them. Well done. Only word of caution: Don't ask her to staple your documents together. We suspect she is paid by the staple. =)
