We purchased a new hybrid CRV. Our salesman Brad was very knowledgeable and the sale process was seamless and straight forward. This is our first Honda purchase and we have been pleased with it .

not compassionate towards customer, rude attitude, not wanting to work with customer for routine oil change $ grabber, loyal customer for 16'years treated like crap won't be coming back.
Mike was very patient and helpful while I made my final decision on which Honda I would like to purchase. His kindness was appreciated while he shared the information I needed before I chose my first Honda. I would definitely recommend him and Honda for your next car.
Jennifer was awesome! We just purchased a CR-V Sport L Hybrid and the whole process was seamless. Jenn's easy going and accommodating personality actually made the process fun - which I can't say we have ever said before buying a car. We would without a doubt recommend not only Jenn, but Ide Honda. We also had the pleasure of working with Blake Gross for the financing and he is also great!

This is my second car to buy from Ide. Compared to other dealerships I have visited, they do not have high pressured sales and seem to offer price in line with what online research suggests. My trade-in was priced in the range of online offers. I was able to do negotiations online which helped to reduce the stress of in person negotiations. When I did go to the dealership, everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with my purchase.
