Best leasing experience in Rochester. Just picked up my 4th leased car from Ide. I started with Will G., and now Melinda Pagliuso. She is professional, covered all the new options from 2024 too 2026. I'm definitely going back to Melinda for my next lease.
I have been leasing cars from Jennifer Flammia at IDE Honda for quite a number of years because she is an excellent sales and leasing consultant. She not only explains things in a way that is easy to understand, but she is so much fun to spend time with. I used to look at the process of buying or leasing a car as a long, drawn-out boring experience. That has not happened since I met Jennifer.
My husband and I have purchased 3 cars and are going to pick up our Honda Ridge line from Jennifer Flammia tonite. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and made a very stressful experience very pleasant!
